Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking and deducted from the final balance which will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300 euros is required which is fully refundable when the keys have been returned and there was no damage and any excess cleaning was not required.
